Employee Participation Stories

Plogging with Children Quality & Safety Team

While plogging with my child on the way to and from school, we were surprised to discover more litter than expected. My child also participated enthusiastically, learning the importance of protecting the environment. It was a valuable experience where we not only picked up trash but also shared the spirit of protecting the planet, realizing the power of small actions in our daily lives.

Family Plogging Experience Marketing Team

While plogging during a family walk, I realized that hidden places such as alleys and playgrounds still had a considerable amount of litter. It was especially meaningful because I was able to teach my child firsthand about the importance of protecting the environment and developing proper waste disposal habits.

Suji Logistics Center PloggingSuji Logistics Center

Together with SCM partner employees, we carried out a plogging activity at the Suji Logistics Center. Through this experience, I came to understand the psychological factors that lead to littering and the importance of environmental awareness. What might have been difficult alone became possible as a team, giving me hope that everyone's small actions can add up to create a cleaner world.

During a plogging activity that stretched from the War Memorial of Korea to Yongsan's Yongsan-gil, I discovered a new side of streets I thought I knew well. With encouragement from citizens, I was once again reminded of the importance of protecting the environment. It was a meaningful experience of sweating and laughing together with teammates, and based on this, we plan to continue our ESG activities on a regular basis.

Plogging with the Management Support and ENG TeamsENG Team

Through the plogging activity, I realized the importance of protecting the environment and the power of small actions in our daily lives. It was a meaningful experience, further enriched by collaborating with my teammates. I am committed to continuing eco-friendly practices such as recycling and reducing waste in the future.

AGRO Team's Plogging Experience AGRO Team

To ensure a smooth campaign, I checked the hiking trail in advance and carried water in my personal tumbler to reduce single-use plastics. Just two days before our plogging, a major fire had broken out in Gangneung. It was shocking to still find cigarette butts among the litter collected during the activity. Smoking and carrying flammable items must be strictly prohibited during mountain hikes.
